If you've ever looked at the Post Office Rate Schedule for presorted mail. It can get rather confusing. We like to keep things as simple as possible for our clients so we narrowed it down to automation (bar coded) rates since it is the most cost effective. We try to barcode all our client mailings.
The rate you are charged below depends on how many pieces you send to various zip codes. Our system automatically qualifies pieces for the lowest postage rate possible. We can provide you a more accurate postage estimate once we have a copy of your mailing list.
